Why choose a custom home? Many builders will fool you into thinking their ‘house-in-a-box’ is custom, but it isn’t. A custom home is the house that we help YOU design from foundation to finish.
We understand the home building and remodeling process can seem complex and time consuming, however. We guarantee a simple home building experience because our approach is simple:
- A thorough planning process involves combing through every detail of the expectations you have for your home. Use your own house plans or one of our blueprints. We will build a custom project quote, schedule, and design that are specific to your needs. You always have the option to select and customize ANYTHING in your house: from flooring, to paint, to fixtures, and finishes. The word custom has no boundaries!
- As the building of your home is underway, we are committed to open, transparent communication to keep you informed of the status and decisions ahead. Your builder is onsite throughout the home building process. In many cases, your builder will perform some of the work himself. You are always invited to come onsite and witness the work or even get involved!
- As the home building completes, we meet with you to ensure your expectations have been met and accommodate any last minute wishes before we close on your home. In this stage we often see that customers have additional requests such as garages, pools, and outdoor kitchens.
